Our Expertise

A mobile home park is an area of land that has been developed for the exclusive use of parking mobile homes and trailers. Mobiles home parks rent spaces for longer terms as opposed to a campground that rents spaces for travel trailers for shorter periods, such as daily, weekly, or seasonal.

Mobile home parks vary considerably with respect to the facilities and their maintenance. Roads may be all paved with curbs and gutters or may only be gravel. Club house facilities are sometimes available, as well as laundromats and vending machines or games arcades and restaurants. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also common.

Tenants usually own their own home and pay the owner a monthly rental fee to park their home. Tenants may also rent mobile homes that are owned and maintained by the park owner or manager.
